摘要
患者女,6岁3个月,全身斑块、鳞屑伴痒1年。皮肤科情况:躯干、四肢、头部可见散在红斑、斑块,表面附着鳞屑。在排除肝炎、结核的基础上,经知情同意后,给予司库奇尤单抗标准治疗方案:在第0、1、2、3周进行皮下注射司库奇尤单抗150 mg,1次/周,共4次,在第1周达到PASI 75,第2周达到PASI 100,随访至今未见明显复发及不良反应。
A 6-year-old girl presented with patches and scales for one year.Dermatological examination showed that erythema and patches scattered on trunk,extremities,head with attached scales.After excluding hepatitis and tuberculosis,the patient was given the standard secukinumab treatment after signing informed consent.The dose was 150 mg subcutaneously once a week at the first four week.The PASI achieved to 75%at week 1 and 100%at week 2.There was no recurrence and adverse events during follow-up to date.
