摘要
目的检测点滴型银屑病患者血清抗链球菌溶血素“O”(ASO)水平及外周血单一核细胞Toll样受体2(TLR2)mRNA表达,探讨链球菌感染与点滴型银屑病的关系。方法采用胶乳凝集法检测血清ASO水平;采用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测外周血单一核细胞TLR2mRNA表达。结果银屑病组ASO阳性率和TLR2mRNA表达水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);银屑病患者ASO阳性者TLR2mRNA表达水平高于ASO阴性者(P<0.05)。结论链球菌感染可能通过TLR2基因表达上调参与了银屑病的发生和发展。
Objective To detect the serum positive rate of antistreptolysin O （ASO） and to explore the expression of toU-like receptor 2 （TLR2） messenger ribonueleie aeid（mRNA） in peripheral blood monocytes of psoriatic patients. Methods Serum ASO were detected by latex agglutination assay; the levels of TLR2mRNA were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） method. Results The positive rate of ASO and the expression of TLR2 mRNA in guttate psoriatic patients were higher than controls （P〈0.01）. The expression of TLR2 mRNA in psoriatic patients with positive ASO was higher than that in patients with negetive ASO （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Our findings highlight the possibility that streptococcal infection might take part in the initiation and development of psoriasis by upregulating the expression of TLR2 gene.
