摘要
黄芩是一种临床常用的中药,具有广泛的药理作用。黄芩中主要的活性成分是黄酮类、多糖类以及挥发油类,这些成分具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等多种生物学效应。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,黄芩的药理作用不仅局限于上述效应,还包括心血管保护、神经保护、肝肾保护、免疫调节等作用。本文对黄芩的活性成分和药理作用进行了综述,以期为进一步研究和应用黄芩提供参考。
Scutellaria baicalensis is a commonly used clinical herb with a wide range of pharmacological effects. The main active ingredients in Scutellaria baicalensis are reported mineral flavonoids, polysaccharides, and volatile oils, which have various biological effects such as antioxidant, an-ti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antitumor. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that the pharmacological effects of Scutellaria baicalensis are not only limited to the above effects, but also include cardiovascular protection, neuroprotection, hepatoprotection, immunomodulation and other effects. In this paper, the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Scutellaria baicalensis are reviewed with a view to providing references for further research and application of Scutellaria baicalensis.
