摘要
山茱萸是中国传统名贵的中药材,具有降糖、抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、神经保护、肝肾保护等药理活性。目前,已从山茱萸中分离出200多种化学成分,主要包括环烯醚萜苷类、鞣质类、三萜类、有机酸类、黄酮类等结构类型。文章针对其主要活性成分的提取和含量测定方法进行了系统综述。
Cornus is a traditional and precious chinese herbal medicine,with pharmacological activities such as hypoglycemic energy,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-tumor,neuroprotective,liver and kidney protection.At present,more than 200 chemical components have been isolated from cornus,mainly including iridoid glycosides,tannins,triterpenes,organic acids,flavonoids,etc.In this paper,the research status and progress of the separation and determination of the main chemical constituents of cornus are systematically reviewed.
