摘要 目的 探讨精神分裂症患者血清谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体 (GAD Ab)的含量、阳性率及其临床意义。方法 采用ELISA法对 89例精神分裂症患者及 30名正常健康者血清GAD Ab含量进行测定 ,比较两者的GAD Ab值及阳性率 ,并将GAD Ab值与精神分裂症BPRS各因子分分别进行直线相关分析。结果 精神分裂症患者血清GAD Ab值及其阳性率显著高于正常健康者 ,病程 <5年的精神分裂症患者血清GAD Ab值高于病程≥ 5年的患者 ;GAD Ab值与思维障碍因子呈正相关 ,与迟滞因子呈负相关。结论 精神分裂症患者血清GAD Ab存在异常 ,可能具有病因学意义。 Objective To investigate the level and positive rate of serum glutamic acid decarboxylase autoantibodies(GAD Ab) in schizophrenics and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum GAD Ab were detected in 89 schizophrenics and 30 healthy controls by means of enzymelinked immunosobent assay(ELISA), the values and positive rate of GAD Ab were compared respectively between two groups, correlation analysis was carried out between GAD Ab values and BPRS factors. Results The values and positive rate of GAD Ab in schizophrenics were significantly higher than ones in controls, the values of GAD Ab in schizophrenics with course less 5 years were significantly higher than in those with course ≥5 years. In schizophrenics, GAD Ab value was positively correlated with score of Thought Disturbance factor and negatively correlated with score of Anergia factor. Conclusions Level of serum GAD Ab was abnormal in schizophrenics, maybe it has etiological significance.
