摘要
目的分析神经外科本科教学中案例教学法的带教效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月南昌大学第一附属医院神经外科的50名本科实习生作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(n=25,采取案例教学法)和对照组(n=25,采取传统教学法)。对比两组的带教效果。结果观察组判断问题能力、创新能力、思维模式建立、人际沟通能力、思考问题能力、团队协作能力、信息处理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组理论成绩、临床技能操作和兴趣程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组学习热情、医患沟通技巧、表达能力、解决问题能力、规范自身行为能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在神经外科本科教学中,采用案例教学法有着确切的应用优势。
Objective To analyze the teaching effect of case teaching method in undergraduate neurosurgery teaching.Methods A total of 50 undergraduate interns in the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the study objects from June 2021 to June 2023,and were divided into an observation group(n=25,adopting the case teaching method)and a control group(n=25,adopting the traditional teaching method)according to the method of random drawing.Compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The scores of the observation group's ability to judge problems,innovation ability,thinking mode establishment,interpersonal communication ability,thinking about problems,teamwork ability,and information processing ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theory achievement,clinical skill operation and interest level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of learning enthusiasm,doctor-patient communication skills,expression ability,problem solving ability,and ability to regulate their own behavior in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the undergraduate teaching of neurosurgery,case teaching method has definite application advantages.
