摘要
课堂教学的根本任务是立德树人,每一位任课教师都应结合自己专业课程的特点,认真挖掘出各门专业课程中的思政元素,合理运用教学方法,科学地将思政元素有机融入专业课堂中。阐述了《功能性食品》的课程性质及特点,整理了课程的主要知识点和思政元素,设计了基于课程思政的教学方法和考核方法,以期为食品生物技术专业类似课程开展思政教育提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The basic task of classroom teaching is to building morality and cultivating people.Every teacher should excavate the ideological and political elements in various professional courses carefully,according to the characteristics of their own professional courses,reasonably use teaching methods,and integrate the ideological and political elements into the professional classroom scientifically.This paper expounds the nature and characteristics of“functional food”,sorts out the main knowledge points and ideological and political elements of the course,and designs the teaching methods and assessment methods based on the course of ideological and political education,in order to provide certain reference for similar courses of food specialty to carry out ideological and political education.
