新工科背景下“三位一体、产教融合”的课程建设与改革——以“谷物加工工程”为例 被引量:5

摘要 基于新工科背景下产教融合的教育理念,针对“谷物加工工程”传统教学中存在问题,重构课程内容、优化实验项目、提升产业对接,将生产实践和案例分析引入教学体系,构建课堂教学、实验教学和实践教学“三位一体”的参与式教学体系,同时引入形成性评价机制,完善考核方式。通过课程教学改革,提升学生的主观能动性,培养具有良好实践能力、创新能力和综合素养的粮食加工工程专业人才,更好满足行业和技术发展需求。 Based on the educational concept of industry and education integration under the background of the new engineering,in view of the problems existing in the traditional teaching of"Grain Processing Engineering",by reconstructing the curriculum content,optimizing the experimental projects,and improving the industrial connection,introduce production practice and case analysis into the teaching system,and construct the"trinity"participatory teaching system of classroom teaching,experimental teaching and practical teaching.The formative assessment mechanism is introduced to improve the assessment method.Through curriculum reform,students'subjective initiative should be enhanced,and grain processing professionals with good practical ability,innovation ability and comprehensive literacy should be cultivated to better meet the needs of industrial and technological development.
