摘要
采用分流组合模具结构设计方法改进设计了某汽车天窗导轨悬臂实心型材传统的挤压模具,利用Hyper Xtrude软件,分析了挤压模具的应力状态及偏移量。以提高模具强度为指标,设计了挤压工艺参数正交试验的数值模拟方案,对试验结果进行了极差分析,得出了挤压工艺参数的最优组合。试验结果显示各挤压工艺参数与模具应力之间呈较强的线性关系,由此以正交试验数据为样本,建立了四元线性回归模型,并通过对任意组合的挤压工艺参数进行数值模拟测试,验证了回归方程的可靠性,模型为挤压工艺参数的选择提供了参考。
The traditional extrusion die for the cantilever solid profile of the automotive sunroof rail was improved and designed by the means of the structure design method of the porthole die. The stress state and die core deformation were anlyzed by HyperXtrude software. The numerical simulation scheme of orthogonal test for extrusion process parameters was designed in order to improve the strength of the die. The test results were analyzed by the range analysis, and the optimal combination of extrusion process parameters were obtained. The experimental results show that there was a strong linear relationship between the process parameters and the die stress, a quadripartite linear regression model was established based on the orthogonal experimental data. The reliability of the regression equation was verified by a quadripartite linear regression numerical simulation test of process parameters with arbitrary combination, which provided a reference for the selection of extrusion process parameters.
