挤压轮转速对大管径电缆铝护套连续包覆成形的影响 被引量:4

Influence of rotary velocity of extrusion wheel on large diameter cable aluminum sheath in continuous cladding forming

摘要 挤压轮转速是大管径电缆铝护套包覆成形过程中的一个重要工艺参数,其对工装模具使用寿命、产品质量及生产效率具有直接的影响。基于SSLB500型双轮立式连续包覆机,采用有限元法,通过对Φ180 mm×4 mm电缆铝护套连续包覆过程进行数值模拟,分析在不同挤压轮转速下金属成形过程中的速度场、温度场及压力的分布状况,得到了挤压轮转速对电缆铝护套连续包覆成形过程的影响规律;基于相同模具结构,进行了转速分别3和7 r·min-1的铝护套连续包覆实验,实验结果与数值模拟所得规律相符,证明所建立的有限元模型正确。研究结果可供大管径电缆铝护套连续包覆工艺参数选择时参考。 Rotary velocity of extrusion wheel is an important process parameter for large diameter cable aluminum sheath in the cladding process,which has a direct influence on the working life of the process tooling,product quality and production efficiency. Based on the double wheel vertical continuous cladding machine SSLB500,the continuous cladding process for Φ180 mm × 4 mm large diameter cable aluminum sheath was numerical simulated by finite element method. The distributions of the velocity field,temperature field and stress field during forming process at the different extrusion wheel rotary velocities were analyzed,and the influence rule about the rotary velocity of extrusion wheel on the continuous cladding process of cable aluminum sheath was obtained. Based on the same die structure,the continuous cladding test was made at the speeds of 3 and 7 r·min^- 1respectively. The experimental results are coincidence with that from numerical simulation. Thus,the finite element model is proved to be correct. The research result provides reference for choosing parameters of large diameter cable aluminum sheath during continuous cladding process.
