摘要
以某薄壁空心铝型材为研究对象,利用塑性成型理论设计挤压工艺和模具结构,运用数值模拟技术对型材的成型过程以及出口速度、温度分布进行模拟分析;根据数值模拟分析结果对模具结构进行改进,最终数值模拟与试模试验吻合,节省了铝型材材料、缩短了模具的设计研发生产周期,减少了试模次数,提高了生产效率和成品率。
Taking a thin-walled hollow aluminum profile as the research object, the extru- sion process and the die structure were designed based on the plastic forming theory. The profile forming process, export velocity and temperature distribution were analyzed by us- ing the numerical simulation technology. According to the numerical simulation results the die structure was improved. Finally, the simulation was consistent with the debugging exper- iment.
