摘要
为满足电力系统对高压电气设备状态监测的要求,设计了基于红外热像仪的电气设备在线监测软件系统。该系统以红外热像仪作为数据采集的核心,结合基于TCP/IP协议的现代网络通信技术,解决热像和温度数据远距离传输的问题,再辅以高性能的计算机为处理核心,完成对电气设备在线监测系统的软件设计。软件采用模块化设计,将系统划分为5个功能模块,分层设计。经测试结果表明,系统能够实时在线监测电气设备工作温度,稳定可靠,适用于电力系统的温度监测。
In order to meet the requirements of the power system for condition monitoring of high voltage electrical equipment,an on-line monitoring software system for electrical equipment based on infrared thermal imager is designed.The system uses an infrared thermal imager as the core of data acquisition,combines with the modern network communication technology based on TCP/IP protocol to solve the problem of long-distance transmission of thermal images and temperature data,and it is supplemented by a high-performance computer as the processing core.The electrical equipment online monitoring system software is design.The software adopts a modular design and divides the system into five functional modules with a layered design.The test results show that the system can monitor the operating temperature of electrical equipment online in real time,and it is stable and reliable.It is suitable for temperature monitoring of power systems.
