摘要
随着电网规模的不断扩大,红外诊断技术广泛应用于电力系统故障诊断尤其是变电站设备智能在线监测中。本文基于电力巡检机器人巡视系统,首先从改善红外图像采集质量和识别精度角度设计了变电站关键设备故障在线检测方案,提出了提高数据传输效率的终端分配优化模型,然后提出基于SVM的红外图像识别方法,最后针对变电站设备故障进行实验诊断,分析其发热特点、故障严重程度,并对其做出故障原因推断和论证。诊断结果显示电力巡检机器人巡视系统可以有效降低变电设备的故障发生率和经济损失,提高巡检工作效率。
with the continuous expansion of power grid,infrared diagnosis technology is widely used in fault diagnosis of power system,especially in intelligent on-line monitoring of substation equipment. Inspection robot based on power patrol system. Based on the inspection system of electric power patrol robot,firstly,an on-line fault detection scheme for key equipment of substation is designed from the angle of improving the quality of intrared imaged acquisition and recognition accuracy,an optimization model of terminal allocation is put forward to improve data transmission efficiency. then,an infrared image recognition method based on SVM is proposed. Finally,the experimental diagnosis of substation equipment faults is carried out,the heating characteristics and the severity of the faults are analyzed,and the reasons for the faults are deduced and demonstrated. The diagnosis results show that the inspection system of the electric inspection robot can effectively reduce the failure rate and economic loss of the power transformation equipment and improve the inspection efficiency.
