摘要
塑料材料常用于电气断路器的外壳和灭弧系统中,但随着电气断路器类型、功能不断发展,设计新型的塑料材料满足电气断路器的发展需要,已经成为当前的研究热点。综述用于电气断路器中的塑料材料的性能要求,对国内外新型塑料材料在电气断路器的外壳、灭弧系统、高压断路器的喷口的应用情况进行归纳论述,并提出新型塑料材料的研发重点、未来的发展方向。
Plastic materials are usually used in the case and arc extinguishing system of electrical circuit breakers.However,with the continuous development of the types and functions of electrical circuit breakers,and the design of new plastic materials to meet the development needs of electrical circuit breakers has become a hot research topic.The performance requirements of plastic materials applied in electrical circuit breakers is summarized.The application of new plastic materials in the case of electric circuit breaker,arc extinguishing system and nozzle of high voltage short circuit breaker at native and foreign is discussed.The key points and future development direction of new plastic materials are presented.
