摘要
电气设备检修对于保证设备健康运行,提高电力系统运行可靠性具有重要作用.人为因素对检修的效果有很大影响,目前由于缺少人为因素定性和定量分析方法,针对电力设备检修过程中人为可靠性的研究很少。介绍了人为失误的概念和电气设备检修中存在人为失误的情况。结合检修操作实际情况,提出了影响检修操作的行为影响因子,并利用层次分析法确定各影响因素的权重系数,进而建立基于改进雷达图法的电气设备检修中人为可靠性分析模型。算例分析对该文所提出的模型进行验证,分析结果表明,该文所提模型可以对检修过程中的人为可靠性水平进行定性和定量分析。
Maintenance is necessary to guarantee healthy operation of electrical equipment and enhance the power system reliability.Human factors have great influence on the effect of maintenance.Owning to lack of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,there are few researches on human reliability in maintenance.Firstly,this paper introduced the concept of human error and its related situations in maintenance.Human influence factors were identified based on the actual maintenance operating,and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of human influence factors.And then a novel human reliability analysis model in maintenance was proposed based on the improved radar chart method.Finally,example analysis show that the proposed method is practical and realistic to analyze human reliability both qualitatively and quantitatively.
