摘要
天气雷达发射系统是雷达设备发热量最大的部位,对该部位的散热设计是保证雷达可靠运行的重要环节。同时,随着科技的不断发展,人们对设备的人性化设计提出了更高的要求。采用强迫风冷的方式,针对发射机速调管局部进行冷却是一种经济可靠的选择。文章详细介绍了某天气雷达发射机的强迫风冷设计方法和步骤,通过选择风机、合理优化风道,并利用轴流风机串联的方法提高风压,大大降低了冷却系统的功耗和噪音,也使雷达安装更加方便。通过在环境温度上限连续工作的实验,并经实践使用,证明了该散热设计优化可以满足雷达的使用要求,达到了优化设计的目的。
The weather radar transmitter system is the most calorific value part of radar equipment. The heat dissipation design of the radar is an important link to ensure the reliable operation of radar. At the same time, with the continuous development of science and technology, people put forward higher requirements for humanized design of equipment. It is an economical and reliable way to cool down the transmitter klystron by forced air cooling. The design method and steps of the forced air cooling of a weather radar transmitter are introduced in detail. Through the selection of the fan and the rational optimization of the air duct, the air pressure is improved by using the axial fan in series. The power and noise of the cooling system are greatly reduced, and the installation of the radar is more convenient. Through the experiment of continuous working on the upper limit of ambient temperature and the practice, it is proved that the optimization of the heat dissipation design is successful. It fully meets the requirements of the use of radar and achieves the aim of optimal design.
