摘要
领导-成员交换理论由于其强大的理论解释力受到国内外学者的关注,在近十年成为学术界和实务界聚焦的热点理论之一。本文从概念深化与维度开发、形成机制、前因效应、中介效应、调节效应和衍生类型等六个方面系统地回顾了该理论的国内相关研究进展,梳理了主要研究脉络和研究发现。基于对国内相关研究的述评,提出了未来的研究方向,以期为今后更深入地推进该理论的研究提供借鉴。
Abstract:In recent decade, great attention has been given to the Leader - Member Exchange Theory in the light of its strong explanatory power; therefore, it has been a hot focus in academic research and practice at home and abroad. For a better overview of its research, this paper systematically reviewed the development of the Leader - Member Exchange Theory in China, from the following six aspects: conceptual deepening, dimensional development, forming mechanism, antecedent effect, mediating effect, moderating effect and derived types. Then, this paper teased out the research frames and findings of the Leader - Member Exchange Theory and pointed out the prospect of its future research, with the expectation of shed- ding light on the exploration of Leader - Member Exchange Theory in china.
