摘要
目的：探讨PDCA循环护理模式对支气管炎患儿家长的健康知识和护理满意度影响。方法选取我院2011年5月至2013年5月收治的140例支气管炎患儿为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组各70例，观察组采用PDCA循环护理措施，对照组采用常规护理措施，比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患儿家长对疾病知识、小儿支气管炎诊断标准、健康膳食知识以及相关并发症等健康知识知晓率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患儿家长对护士态度、护理水平、健康宣教及心理护理等护理满意度分别为97.14％、100％、97.14％以及100％，均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论 PDCA循环护理措施对支气管炎患儿具有十分显著的效果，可提高患儿家长对患儿疾病相关知识的知晓率，较大程度上提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度，有利于患儿的病情改善，值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the impact of PDCA cycle nursing mode on health care knowledge and satisfaction for bron -chiolitis children＇s parents.Methods A total of 140 cases of bronchitis children were divided into two groups , of which the observation group of 70 cases with PDCA cycle nursing , while the control group of 70 cases with regular care measures , the nursing effects were compared be-tween two groups .Results After treatment , the parents of children with the disease knowledge of the observation group , the diagnostic cri-teria for bronchitis children , complications , such as dietary knowledge and awareness of health knowledge were significantly higher than those in the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , parents of children with nurses attitudes in the observation group, the level of care , health education and psychological care nursing satisfaction was 97.14%, 100%, 97.14%and 100%, were sig-nificantly higher , and the difference was significant statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions PDCA cycle bronchitis nursing inter-vention for children has very significant effects , it can improve the desease awareness of parents , greatly improve the nursing satisfaction and it is worthy of clinical application.
