二级医院2型糖尿病患者营养教育中营养与饮食知信行干预探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨二级医院2型糖尿病患者教育中营养与饮食管理的干预效果。方法自行设计《二级医院糖尿病营养与饮食调查》问卷,随机选取住院的2型糖尿病患者作为调查对象。运用问卷调查法对进行营养教育前后患者对糖尿病均衡营养与合理膳食知识、生活方式等认知情况进行了解,并对调查结果运用数据统计和分析比较。结果糖尿病营养与饮食教育可显著改善糖尿病患者对营养和饮食的认知,通过接受教育,糖尿病患者能较好地掌握糖尿病营养与饮食知识,正确进行饮食选择。结论采用多种形式分层级实施糖尿病营养教育,能有效提高糖尿病患者的营养与饮食知识水平,纠正其饮食行为,促进患者形成健康的生活方式。 Objective To investigate the intervention effect on nutrition and diet of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in second level hospitals. Methods A questionnaire of diabetes nutrition and diet in second hospitals was design, and patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital were random- ly selected. The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the cognition of the balanced nutrition, reasonable diet knowledge and life style of the patients before and after nutrition education. And the result was compared. Results Nutrition education could improve recognition of diabetic diet and nu- trition of diabetic patients. After health education, diabetes patients could master diabetes nutrition and diet knowledge, and correctly chose diet. Conclusion Implementation of diabetes nutrition edu- cation can effectively improve the diabetes diet and nutrition knowledge level in patients with type 2 di- abetes mellitus and correct dietary behaviors and promote healthy lifestyle.
