摘要
企业网络能力的提升是企业在广义虚拟经济环境下获取竞争优势的重要途径。为了在新经济环境下更加科学、准确地评价企业网络能力,本文提出了一套系统完整的测评体系。首先,基于广义虚拟经济环境下企业竞争特点构建企业网络能力测评指标体系;其次,利用360度评价、信息熵、雷达图的组合评价技术进行数据集成,实现有效测评。与已有研究相比,本文提出的模型更加客观地反映了企业网络能力水平并对企业长期绩效有更好的预测能力。
The improvement of enterprise network competence is a significant path for firms to achieve their competition advantage. In order to evaluate the enterprise network competence in a more scientific and precise way, this study put forward a new combination evaluation model. Specifically, this paper firstly constructed a new network competence index system based on the characteristics of generalized virtual economy, and then used the combination evaluation techniques to collect and integrate data. Contrast with the extant method, this new model could reflect enterprise network competency and have a better forecasting ability for enterprise long-term performance.
