摘要
研究了新试剂4-(H酸偶氮)-1-苯基-3-甲基吡唑啉酮(HAPMP)与铁的显色反应,在pH7的NH4Ac缓冲介质中,CTMAB存在下,HAPMP与Fe(Ⅲ)生成3:1的紫色络合物.λmax=610nm,ε=7.68×104,铁含量在0~10μg/25mL内符合比尔定律,方法用于水样和镁合金中铁的测定.结果满意.
The colour reaction of 4-(H-acidazo)-1-pheyl-3-methylpyazolone (HAPMP) with iron (Ⅲ) was studied. In pH7 NH4 Ac buffer solution and in the presence of CTMAB, HAPMP can reacts with Fe Ⅲ) to form a 3:1 stable complex. The molar absorptivity is 7.68×104L·mol-1·cm at 610nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-10 μg/25mL for Fe(Ⅲ). This method can be applied to the determination of iron in water and alloy with satisfactory results.
