摘要
研究了2-(2-喹啉偶氮)-1,3-二羟基苯(QADHB)与钙的的显色反应,在pH为8.0的柠檬酸钠-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,TritonX-100存在下,QADHB与钙反应生成1∶1稳定络合物,λmax=552nm,ε=4.21×104L·mol-1·cm-1.钙含量在0~25μg/25mL内符合比尔定律,方法用于饲料用灌木中钙含量的测定,结果令人满意.
The color reaction of calcium(Ⅱ) with 2-(2-quinolinylazo)-1,3-dihydroxidebenzene (QADHB) was studied.In the presence of pH=8 buffer solution and TritonX-100 medium.QADHB can react with Ca(Ⅱ) to form a stable 1∶1 complex.The molar absorptivity is 4.21×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 552nm.Beer's law is obeyed in range of 0~25μg/25mL.This method can be applied to the determination of calcium in feeding shrubbery with good results.
