Spectrophotometric determination of micro iron in polyolefine resin with Fe^(3+)-potassium thiocyanate-orthophenanthroline system

摘要 研究了以Fe3+-SCN--邻二氮菲(Phen)-乳化剂OP为显色体系分光光度法测定聚烯烃树脂中微量铁的新方法,详细考查了最佳测定条件。络合物最大吸收峰位于520 nm处,体系表观摩尔吸光系数为1.9×104L.mol-1.cm-1。在25 mL溶液中,铁量在0-60.0μg范围内符合比尔定律。实际样品分析结果的相对标准偏差不大于2.9%,加标回收率为96.0%-104.0%。 The measuring conditions for spectrophotometric determination of iron with the Fe^3+ - SCN- - orthophenanthroline(Phen) - OP system were studied and a new method for the determination of micro amounts of iron in polyolefine resin was established. The maximum absorption of the complex is located at 520 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1,9 × 10^4 L·mol^-1 ·cm^-1 ,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0- 60 μg/25 mL for Fe^3+ . The relative standard deviation is less than or equal to 2.9 % and the adding standard recoveries of samples are betwen 96.0 96 and 104.0 %. The method has been used to the determination of Fe^3 + in polyolefine resin.
