摘要
近年来,我国大陆地区教师专业化研究成为教育研究中的"显学",但这些研究的成果多而且杂,缺乏有效的整合,同时还存在如移译性、思辨性、技术理性本位等问题,今后一个阶段我国该项研究将沿着本土化、德性论的回归、去精英化等方向发展。
During these years, the study of specialization of teachers has become a distincitive study in educational study. But these studies appear excessive and mixed, and lack in efficient integration. Besides exist some problems such as shift translatability, speculation ,technical rationality-based. This study in our country will advance along the way of localization, the returning of virtue and anti-elitism.
