基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与肿瘤转移相关性研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 肿瘤细胞及其基质细胞分泌蛋白酶降解细胞外基质(ECM),使基底膜产生局部的缺损,肿瘤细胞由此方式穿过血管的基底膜缺损处进入血管,形成转移。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)不仅是降解ECM,还参与了原发肿瘤的形成,肿瘤血管的新生,以及诱导肿瘤细胞免疫耐受。在肿瘤侵袭转移的复杂过程中,MMPs起着重要的作用。
