摘要
从患“红体综合症”的斑节对虾 (Penaeusmonodon)体内分离到一株细菌 6 10 1号 ,回归感染证实了其致病性 ,经形态观察以及生理生化特性检测 ,鉴定为河流弧菌 (Ⅰ型 ) .提取河流弧菌 6 10 1号胞外产物 ,分析其酶成分 ,定量检测了胞外产物中蛋白酶、酸性磷酸酯酶和碱性磷酸酯酶的活性 ,将提取的河流弧菌 6 10 1号胞外产物对健康斑节对虾进行致死试验 ,证实其胞外产物所具有的毒性甚于该菌的菌悬液 .电镜观察致死对虾肝组织细胞严重受损 ,从细胞病理方面进一步证实了病原菌胞外产物的致病性 .
After the 9710 typhoon in August 1997, a strain resulted in a serious penaeid disease was isolated from the ill Penaeus monodon colleted from Tong'an, Xiamen and studied. It was ocnfirmed that this strain was athogenic to P monodon by intramuscukar infection Both strains isolated from the ill and infected shrimps, were observed by transmit electron microscopy(TEM) and their biochemical characteristics were also tested Based on th results and according to Bergey's Mannual of Systematic Bacterioloty, the pathogen was identified as Vibrio fluvialis type Ⅰ Extracellular products(ECP) were drawn from the bacterial cultural solution Enzyme activities and the relative activities of protease and phospholiaes (including acidic phospholiase and alkine phospholiase) in ECP were also detected, of which relatie activities of the acidic phospholiase were highest with 2 42 and those of the alkine phospholiase were lowest,0 42.In ECP lethal experiment, healthy P monodon were killed by the ECP and cells of the dead shrimps' livers were injured at different degree
