摘要
提出搭载现代移动通讯网络,实现基于GPRS远程通讯的腐蚀监测方法。远程腐蚀监测系统是通过将电化学腐蚀检测/监测技术与无线通信技术结合起来,组建一个分布式数据采集与信息处理系统。与传统的自然环境中腐蚀监测手段相比,该系统经济、可行,可以在实验室内连续、动态地获取环境现场的腐蚀信息,减轻了繁重的现场取样工作,所以能够更方便地研究自然环境中金属的腐蚀与防护。
A coulostatic corrosion monitoring for the corrosion rate of metal, based on remote communication method by the advanced mobile net platform, was presented. The remote corrosion monitoring system integrated the electrochemical corrosion measurement principle with telecommunication technique, so that a distributed networked measurement was implemented. With comparison of the conventional method used in natural environment, the system is economical, feasible. Also, field sampling time is saved due to obtain the successive and dynamic corrosion information in laboratory, therefore paved the way for studying the corrosion mechanism of metal and there of protection techniques conveniently.
