摘要
通过实验室评价和现场检测相结合,评价了迁移型钢筋阻锈剂和压浆对吊杆钢丝的缓蚀作用。在实验室内进行钢丝全浸和对水泥试样间浸试验,利用电化学阻抗谱监测水泥试样中钢丝的腐蚀参数变化,并用极化曲线初步评定了阻锈剂对钢丝点蚀的影响作用;在大桥现场,用电化学方法快速检测了钢丝的瞬时腐蚀电流。结果表明:阻锈剂的加入改善了钢丝的点蚀敏感性;在防腐蚀处理完成后一年多的时间里,各短吊杆位置钢丝的腐蚀均受到了不同程度的抑制;阻锈剂定期添加可以增强缓蚀作用。
The anti-corrosion behaviors of migrating corrosion inhibitor and concrete grout were investigated both in laboratory and in field. In laboratory testing, coupons were immersed in brine continuously and intermittently to simulate the corrosion of the high strength steel wire in concrete crossbeam of bridge, the parameters about corrosion details of concrete coupons at different times were monitored by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The pitting susceptibility of the steel wire was also estimated by polarization curves. In addition, the corrosion currents were detected by coulostatic method in field. The inhibitor could reduce the pitting sensitivity of steel wires. The corrosion of the steel wires was slowed down. However, the inhibitor needs to be added periodically for the concrete of bridge so as to continue the corrosion inhibiting behavior.
