摘要
分析了公司常压催化联合装置低温部位的腐蚀情况和腐蚀机理。原油硫含量及氯含量高、pH控制不好等是造成低温部位腐蚀的主要原因。选择合适的缓蚀剂,并采用合理的添加方式和添加量,可以收到理想的防腐效果。
The corrosion problems in low temperature section of crude oil and FCC unit in qingyang Refinery were analyzed. The main reasons of corrosion were PH control and the high contents of sulfur and organic chloride in crude oil .The protection methods adopted are described, and the suggestions such as optimization of process anti-corrosion project and strengthening of the corrosion monitoring are presented.
