摘要 调度所作为铁路运输组织的龙头,在日常运输生产中起到关键性作用。随着互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等信息技术的不断成熟与广泛应用,智能化调度所也必将是铁路智能化发展的先行官。在阐述智能化调度所的主要特征和设计架构的基础上,以北京局集团公司调度所为例,探索其构建智能化调度所的具体实践,以及取得的实际效果。通过剖析智能化在调度日常指挥、应急处置中发挥的重要作用,探讨构建智能化调度所的方向,为加快智能化调度所建设提供研究支撑。 As the leader of the railway transportation organization,the dispatching office plays the key role in daily transportation production.With the continuous maturity and extensive application of information technology,such as the internet,big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,the intelligent dispatching office will also be the predecessor of the intelligent development of railways.On the basis of explaining the main characteristics and design a framework of intelligent dispatching institute,taking the dispatching office of Beijing Group as an example,this paper explores the concrete practice of constructing intelligent dispatching office and the actual results achieved.By analyzing the important role of intellectualization in daily dispatching command and emergency disposal,this paper explores the direction of constructing intelligent dispatching office,which provides theoretical support for accelerating the construction of intellectualized dispatching station.
