摘要
在总结我国公路运输发展现状及趋势的基础上,明确了交通突发事件的含义和范围,建立了以智能交通系统(ITS)为基础的公路运输应急保障系统模型,并对系统的结构和功能进行了详细的分析,为公路运输管理实现智能化、信息化提供了理论依据。
Based on the introduction of the transportation in china, the signification of transportation emergency has been cleared and model of transportation emergency management system has been established based on ITS. To analyse the construction and function of system, the theoretics have been made for transportation intelligence.
