基于RHT本构模型的连续装药预裂爆破孔距优化研究

为解决北衙金矿在使用预裂爆破技术时整体爆破效果不佳的问题,基于RHT损伤本构模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,开展了不同孔距下预裂爆破的数值模拟研究。结果表明:当预裂孔炮孔间距为120 cm时,孔间裂纹存在较为明显的分叉,且裂纹... 为解决北衙金矿在使用预裂爆破技术时整体爆破效果不佳的问题,基于RHT损伤本构模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,开展了不同孔距下预裂爆破的数值模拟研究。结果表明:当预裂孔炮孔间距为120 cm时,孔间裂纹存在较为明显的分叉,且裂纹扩展范围较大;当炮孔间距为130 cm时,裂纹向四周扩展的范围减小,且炮孔周围岩石的损伤程度明显降低;当炮孔间距增加至140 cm时,相邻预裂孔连线上的裂纹仅在局部连通,无法实现孔间贯穿。上述结果说明,130 cm的炮孔间距在降低预裂爆破自身对岩体的扰动与实现有效爆破成缝之间达到了平衡。基于数值模拟试验结果开展了现场试验,爆破效果良好。研究结果可为矿山的预裂爆破设计和施工提供参考。 展开更多

采用LS-DYNA动力有限元分析程序,模拟计算了深孔台阶爆破条件下炮孔连续装药和采用岩粉作为间隔介质的分段装药爆破效果。对比分析了连续装药和三种不同分段比例的装药结构爆炸后孔壁的压力极值和压力衰减程度,以及通过Von Mises有效应... 采用LS-DYNA动力有限元分析程序,模拟计算了深孔台阶爆破条件下炮孔连续装药和采用岩粉作为间隔介质的分段装药爆破效果。对比分析了连续装药和三种不同分段比例的装药结构爆炸后孔壁的压力极值和压力衰减程度,以及通过Von Mises有效应力极值判别自由面单元是否发生破坏。计算表明,炮孔上部装药40%,下部装药60%,中间采用岩粉作为间隔介质的分段装药结构能够提高炸药能量的利用率,更有利于中上部岩石的破碎。通过对青海威斯特铜矿的爆破试验,进一步验证采用岩粉作为间隔介质的分段装药结构不仅可以降低大块率和爆破振动强度,同时还能够减少爆破综合成本。 展开更多

The development of automation industry is inseparable from the progress of sensing technology.As a promising self-powered sensing technology,the durability and stability of triboelectric sensor(TES)have always been inevitable challenges.Herein,a continuous charge supplement(CCS)strategy and an adaptive signal processing(ASP)method are proposed to improve the lifetime and robustness of TES.The CCS uses low friction brushes to increase the surface charge density of the dielectric,ensuring the reliability of sensing.A triboelectric mechanical motion sensor(TMMS)with CCS is designed,and its electrical signal is hardly attenuated after 1.5 million cycles after reasonable parameter optimization,which is unprecedented in linear TESs.After that,the dynamic characteristics of the CCS-TMMS are analyzed with error rates of less than 1%and 2%for displacement and velocity,respectively,and a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 35 dB.Also,the ASP used a signal conditioning circuit for impedance matching and analog-to-digital conversion to achieve a stable output of digital signals,while the integrated design and manufacture of each hardware module is achieved.Finally,an intelligent logistics transmission system(ILTS)capable of wirelessly monitoring multiple motion parameters is developed.This work is expected to contribute to automation industries such as smart factories and unmanned warehousing. 展开更多

Photocatalytic hydrogen generation represents a promising strategy for the establishment of a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy reservoir.However,the current solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency is not yet sufficient for practical hydrogen production,highlighting the need for further research and development.Here,we report the synthesis of a Sn-doped TiO_(2)continuous homojunction hollow sphere,achieved through controlled calcination time.The incorporation of a gradient doping profile has been demonstrated to generate a gradient in the band edge energy,facilitating carrier orientation migration.Furthermore,the hollow sphere’s outer and inner sides provide spatially separated reaction sites allowing for the separate acceptance of holes and electrons,which enables the rapid utilization of carriers after separation.As a result,the hollow sphere TiO_(2)with gradient Sn doping exhibits a significantly increased hydrogen production rate of 20.1 mmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1).This study offers a compelling and effective approach to the designing and fabricating highly efficient nanostructured photocatalysts for solar energy conversion applications. 展开更多

An on-board charger for efficiently charging multiple battery-operated electric vehicles(EVs)is introduced.It has evolved as a single-input dual-output(SIDO)integrated boost-single ended primary inductor converter(SEPIC)fly-back converter,offering cost-effectiveness,reliability,and higher efficiency compared to conventional chargers with equivalent specifications.The proposed system includes an additional regulated output terminal,in addition to an existing terminal for charging the EV battery of a 4-wheeler,which can be used to charge another EV battery,preferably a 2-wheeler.With the aid of control techniques,unity power factor operations are obtained during constant-voltage(CV)/constant-current(CC)charging for the grid-to-vehicle(G2V)operating mode.Using mathematical modelling analysis,the proposed system is developed in a Matlab/Simulink environment,and the results are validated in a real-time simulator using dSPACE-1104.The proposed system is employed for charging the batteries of two EVs with capacities of 400 V,40 A·h and 48 V,52 A·h for the 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler,respectively.Its performance is investigated under different operating modes and over a wide range of supply voltage variations to ensure safe and reliable operation of the charger. 展开更多

The optimization of continuous casting production planning(CCPP)in the steel industry was studied.The essence of CCPP is the productive capability balance of back-end facilities over the planning time period.The facilities with the demands of productive capability are called the flows.On the basis of charge plans,the task of CCPP is to produce cast plans according to the rules of cast design in order to meet the flows.Firstly,a multi-objective model was established with considering the demands of flows,the capability requirements of liquid steel refini ng devices,and the rules of cast design.Secondly,the model was decomposed into a master problem(set partitioning problem model)and a series of subproblem(pricing problem model)by using Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition strategy.Finally,a column generation-based optimization algorithm(CGBOA)was presented.The experimental results on practical production data from Baosteel demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.Moreover,a new decision support system based on CGBOA has been successfully established and applied to No.2 Steelmaking Plant at Baosteel. 展开更多

Charge planning is one of batching problems for steelmaking and continuous casting production,and its optimization will be conducive to subsequent cast planning.Charge planning problem in the twin strands continuous casting production was studied,where casting width of the odd strand might be different from that of the even strand.Considering the different widths in the twin strands,the resulting counterweights and the constraints of steelmaking and continuous casting,a multiobjective optimization model was established to minimize the number of charges,the number of scale pairs,the surplus and the upgrading costs of steel grades.Furthermore,a hybrid optimization algorithm combined with heuristic and mutation-based estimation of distribution algorithm was proposed to solve the model.Experiments were conducted on several groups of test data collected from practical production orders of Baosteel.The computational results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can generate better solutions than the manual method.The proposed model and algorithm proved to be effective and practical. 展开更多

Simulating Error-Opening of Pressure Relief Valves of a Station on a Continuous Undulating Oil Pipeline with Large Elevation Difference

For oil pipeline in mountain areas,high hydrostatic pressure in the pipeline may cause error-opening of pressure relief valves,and oil is discharged from the pipeline to the pressure relief tanks,bringing spilling-over risk of the pressure relief tanks.Therefore,simulating the error-opening situations of the pressure relief valves and investigating the oil discharge process are necessary for checking the possibility of the spilling-over accident and then proposing measures to improve the pressure relief system.This research focuses on a continuous undulating oil pipeline with large elevation difference and a station along this pipeline,which is named B station in this paper,is studied.By OLGA software,simulation model of the pressure relief system of B station is established,and the accuracy of the model is verified by reconstructing a real accident and making a comparison with the actual accident data.The maximum discharge rate reached 8284 m3/h when the pressure relief valve was opened by mistake in the inlet and outlet of the station.The accumulated filling time of the two pressure relief tanks is 200 s,which is in good agreement with the accident data.On this basis,for error-opening of the pressure relief valves at the inlet and outlet of B station,simulation is performed to investigate variations of the discharge velocity,discharge flow rate,accumulated discharge volume and ventilation volume of the vent valve.The discharge velocity is found to be over the maximum velocity allowed for safety consideration.According to the accumulated discharge volume,it is inferred that spilling over of the pressure relief tanks will be caused once error-opening of the pressure relief valve occurs.Also it is judged that the existing breathing valve can not satisfy the ventilation requirement in case of failure of the pressure relief valves.From these simulation results,it is proposed that increasing the number of vent valves,replacing the manual valves with electrically operated valves,and employing security control interloc 展开更多

Determination of the transition criteria for the intermittent and continuous disturbance is of importance for the penetration calculation of the escaping jet and the design of ERA(explosive reactive armour). In this paper a new criteria was presented based on the analysis of interaction process, and the effects of NATO angle and thickness of flying plate on the disturbance frequency were discussed. It is shown that the critical shaped charge jet velocity increases with the plate thickness and NATO angle, especially increases drastically between 45° and 60°. 展开更多
