摘要
高效的利用连铸生产设备的能力是炼钢—连铸生产计划优化技术的主要目标。在描述了炼钢—连铸生产计划调度编制步骤的基础上,重点分析连铸计划编制中问题。针对未充分利用虚拟板坯区间宽度属性及炉次区间宽度因素,并同时考虑浇次中炉次间钢级限制、连浇规程、中间包使用寿命限制、浇铸宽度跳跃限制的条件,建立了连铸计划优化数学模型。根据模型的特点,以蚁群优化算法为基础,设计了双层蚁群优化求解算法,并采用实际生产数据对模型及算法的有效性进行了验证。
The goal of the optimal technology of steelmaking and continuous casting production planning is how to efficiently utilize the power of the continuous casting production equipment.The problem of continuous casting production planning was emphatically analyzed.Because Virtual slab had two important properties casting width which was an interval value and steel grade.Interaction between casting width and steel grade reacted on steelmaking and continuous-casting production planning,besides restriction of continuous code and life of tundish.Aiming at this problem,an optimal model was established.According to characteristic of the model,a two-layer algorithm based-on ant colony optimize algorithm was proposed.A group of really numeral computational results show that the model and algorithm is effective.
