摘要 针对炼钢-连铸阶段批量计划中的组炉问题,建立1个以余材量和生产成本(钢级的替代成本)最小化为目标的多目标优化模型,对其中的余材量子问题进行分析,并开发1个嵌入禁忌表的求解算法。通过大量随机生成的算例进行测试,结果表明:得到的非劣解分散性较好,这种方法能够为管理者提供较好的决策支持,具有一定的应用价值。 The charge design problem of batch planning in steel-making and continuous cast was studied. A multi- objective optimization model, of which the objective functions are the minimization of open-order output and production cost (substitute cost between different grades), was built. The open-order-output sub problem was analyzed. A heuristic algorithm imbedded by a Tabu list was developed to solve the model and tested by a number of randomly generated examples. The results with well-dispersed Pareto solutions indicate that the developed algorithm can provide managers with good decision support and hence is applicable in actual industries.
