摘要
基于岩石材料的HJC本构模型,采用显式动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,模拟了深水岩石钻孔爆破采用连续装药和间隔装药结构时,岩体内动态应力场的发展过程,对比分析了这两种装药结构对爆破效果的影响。结果表明:采用间隔装药并以水作为间隔填塞介质,水冲波的压力足以压碎岩石,这部分水介质相当于延长了装药的长度;相同装药量的前提下,采用间隔装药可以提高装药的高度,使应力场轴向分布更加均匀,从整体上改善了岩石破碎效果。因此,使用间隔装药可以降低单耗、节约成本,是一项值得在水下钻孔爆破中推广的技术。
Based on the HJC constitutive model, the changing process of dynamic stress field in drilling blasting of the deepwater rock with continuous and intermittent charge has been simulated by mehns of ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Compared the blasting effect of this two charge structures, the pressure of water shock wave was enough to crush the rock when used intermittent charge with water as packing medium, because this part of water equivalent to prolonging the length of the explosive. Intermittent charge improved the crushing effect on the whole, and was more beneficial to prolong the explosive length and make the stress field well distributed along the hole under the same charge weight. Thus intermittent charge is worth to be extended which could reduce unit explosive consumption and save cost.
