摘要
煤矿井巷施工中,光面爆破应用日益广泛,根据煤矿井下爆破条件和安全要求,提出一种合理的装药结构形式——水不耦合装药,包括环向间隙水不耦合装药和轴向垫层水不耦合装药。在全面分析了水不耦合装药的特点的基础上,进行现场应用,结果表明:既保证了井巷周边光面爆破成型效果,又降低了爆破材料的消耗。
The smooth blasting has more widely used in construction of coal mine,A reasonable charge structure,water-decoupled charge,was put forward according to coal-mine conditions and safety requirements,including radial clearance water decoupled and axial cushion of water decoupled.The site application is carried out on the base of comprehensive analysis of the characteristic of water-decoupled charge.The results show that it can not only ensure the effect of smooth blasting but also greatly lower the cost of implementation.
