目的:汉化简化版患者感知安宁疗护质量量表(short form of the Questionnaire Quality from the Patient’s Perspective for Palliative Care,QPP-PC),并对其进行信度和效度检验。方法:采用Brislin翻译模型对量表进行翻译、回译和文化...目的:汉化简化版患者感知安宁疗护质量量表(short form of the Questionnaire Quality from the Patient’s Perspective for Palliative Care,QPP-PC),并对其进行信度和效度检验。方法:采用Brislin翻译模型对量表进行翻译、回译和文化调适,形成中文简化版QPP-PC。采用便利抽样法对河南省两所安宁疗护试点医院及某医院安宁疗护病房的420名患者进行问卷调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:中文简化版QPP-PC包含医疗技术能力(2个条目)、物理技术条件(3个条目)、个体化护理方式(9个条目)、社会文化氛围(6个条目)4个维度,以及5个单项条目。对每一条目均需从主观重要性和对护理的实际感知两个角度来回答,主观重要性分量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.918,重测信度为0.901,折半信度为0.751;实际感知分量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.900,重测信度为0.887,折半信度为0.779。结论:修订后中文简化版QPP-PC在中国文化背景下具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估安宁疗护质量的工具。展开更多
