In this paper, we present the collection of 1863 burst dynamic spectra of FRB 20201124A measured with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST). The current collection, taken from the observation during the FRB active phase from April to June 2021, is the largest burst sample detected for any FRB so far. The standard PSRFITs format is adopted, including dynamic spectra of the burst, and the time information of the dynamic spectra, in addition, mask files help readers to identify the pulse positions are also provided. 目的探讨丙戊酸钠致高血氨脑病不良反应的发生情况及临床特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、PubMed和Web of Science数据库,搜集丙戊酸钠致高血氨脑病的中英文文献病例报道,检索时限为建库至2023年3...目的探讨丙戊酸钠致高血氨脑病不良反应的发生情况及临床特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、PubMed和Web of Science数据库,搜集丙戊酸钠致高血氨脑病的中英文文献病例报道,检索时限为建库至2023年3月,提取相关信息进行统计分析。结果纳入37篇文献,共41例患者,其中男性28例(68.3%),女性13例(31.7%),年龄5~78岁,中位年龄41岁。大多数患者均无基础疾病,实验室检查血氨浓度均高于正常范围,临床主要表现为神经系统损害如认知障碍、嗜睡、昏迷等意识障碍;经停药、换药及对症治疗后患者意识均逐渐恢复,血氨浓度恢复正常。结论丙戊酸钠致高血氨脑病临床上不易识别和发现,应用此类药物时应密切监测患者临床表现及血药浓度,一旦发现异常应及时对症处理,保障患者用药安全。展开更多

文摘滚动轴承在长期工作过程中存在不同程度的性能退化。如果能够识别滚动轴承的退化状态,就可以采取维修措施。针对滚动轴承性能退化评估问题,提出了一种基于振动信号自回归模型(Autoregressive model,AR)能量比和支持向量数据描述(Support vector data description,SVDD)相结合的滚动轴承性能退化评估方法。首先用AR滤波得到轴承全寿命周期内振动信号的剩余分量,计算能量比作为轴承状态的特征向量;然后利用轴承正常状态下的特征向量对SVDD进行训练,得到正常状态下的超球面。轴承全寿命周期样本特征向量与超球面之间的相对距离作为轴承性能退化定量评估指标;最后设定早期故障报警阈值。结果表明,与常见的监测指标的性能退化评估方法相比,该方法的早期故障检测能力强,对轴承各阶段性能退化状态描述更为准确。
文摘背景胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)是严重危害人体健康的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率分别占中国恶性肿瘤的第2位和第1位,早期诊断困难,因此,寻找GC诊断的新标志物对于提高GC的早期发现率及改善患者预后至关重要.目前,吞噬细胞运动蛋白1(engulfment and cellmotility 1,ELMO1)基因甲基化在GC中诊断价值研究鲜有报道.目的探讨ELMO1基因甲基化与GC的关系,旨在为GC早期诊断提供新思路.方法选取海南省肿瘤医院内镜中心2017-01/2018-08诊治的慢性非萎缩性胃炎20例、慢性萎缩性胃炎20例、GC37例(早期GC15例,进展期GC22例),胃镜检查同时收集胃液及活组织检查收集病理组织标本.通过甲基化特异聚合酶链反应检测三组患者ELMO1基因甲基化水平,并进行组间对比分析,并分析ELMO1基因甲基化与GC的发生、分期及转移的关系.结果ELMO1基因甲基化率在病理组织DNA中依次为慢性浅表性胃炎组0%,慢性萎缩性胃炎20%,GC组93.3%,差异显著(P<0.01);在胃液DNA中依次为:慢性浅表性胃炎组0%,慢性萎缩性胃炎组12.3%,GC组76.7%,差异显著(P<0.05).癌旁组织DNA中ELMO1基因甲基化率为96.7%,与GC组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);早期GC与进展期GC患者胃液中ELMO1基因甲基化率分别为73.3%、80.0%,两者组织中ELMO1基因甲基化率分别为86.7%、100%,两者在胃液及组织中比较均无显著差异(P>0.05).结论GC患者病理组织及胃液DNA中ELMO1基因启动子区均呈高甲基化状态,并有较高的一致性,并且在早期GC中即明显升高,ELMO1基因甲基化可作为GC早期诊断的分子靶标,并且胃液可用于ELMO1基因甲基化检测的良好临床标本.
