临床分离非结核分枝杆菌的菌种分布特征分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解绍兴地区非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)的病原谱,研究绍兴地区NTM临床分离菌种分布特征。方法对绍兴地区2015年1月-12月临床分离885株分枝杆菌,采用胶体金分枝杆菌菌种鉴定试剂盒,进行结核分枝杆菌复合群(MTBC)与NTM初步鉴定,对初筛为NTM菌株采用DNA微阵列芯片法进一步菌种鉴定。结果 885株临床分离分枝杆菌共鉴别出99株NTM,经DNA微阵列芯片法鉴定,NTM菌种分布共14种,其中菌株数量前3位菌种为:胞内分枝杆菌50株,鸟分枝杆菌20株,堪萨斯分枝杆菌12株,分别占50.5%、20.2%、12.1%。结论 DNA微阵列芯片法菌种鉴定,整个样本从前处理至鉴定完成仅需8h;每个样本用量少,可以快速、准确将NTM鉴定到种水平。 OBJECTIVE To understand non-tuberculosis mycobacteria (NTM) pathogenic spectrum in Shaoxing are- a, and investigate distribution of clinical isolated NTM in Shaoxing area. METHODS A total of 885 clinical Myco- bacteria isolates in Shaoxing area from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2015 were identified for Mycobacterium tuberculosis com- plex (MTBC) and NTM using colloidal gold mycobacterial strains identification kits. The strains of NTM were further identified by DNA microarray chip method. RESULTS Totally 99 strains of NTM were identified from 885 strains of clinical isolated Mycobacterium. By DNA microarray chip method, 99 NTM strains were identified as 14 species or complex of NTM,in which the top three species or complex with the highest occurrence frequency were 50 strains of M. intracellular, 20 strains of M. avium and 12 strains of M. kansasii, accounting for 50.5 %, 20.2 and 12.1%, respectively. CONCLUSION Using DNA microarray chip for species identification, it only needs 8h for the entire sample from pretreatment to completion of identification, each sample needs small amount, and NTM can be quickly and accurately identified to the level of species.
