摘要
目的针对性护理干预措施在胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病患者中的应用效果观察。方法本次研究,选择我院收治的126例利用胰岛素泵进行治疗的糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,将126例利用胰岛素泵进行治疗的糖尿病患者随机进行分组,即对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统的护理措施,而观察组则实施有针对性的干预护理措施,对比两组的实施干预后的病情控制情况。结果实施护理干预之后,观察组的病情控制情况明显优于对照组。结论在胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病患者中,应用针对性护理干预措施能够有效预防了糖尿病相关并发症,还能够改善胰岛B细胞的功能,提高了患者生活质量,在临床工作当中值得大力推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of targeted nursing intervention in treating diabetic patients with insulin pump. Methods In this study, 126 diabetic patients treated by insulin pump in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. 126 patients with diabetes treated by insulin pump were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group in patients with insulin pump wear during only given traditional nursing, the observation group patients targeted nursing intervention measures, compared two groups of patients after the implementation of the intervention of the disease control. Results After the nursing intervention, the condition of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion In patients with insulin pump treatment of diabetes, the application of targeted nursing intervention measures can effectively prevent the complications related to diabetes, also it can improve the function of islet B cell, improve the patients quality of life, in the clinical work is worth promoting the application.
