摘要
目的分析全程护理模式在糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月—2023年6月徐州市中心医院收治的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行全程护理。对比两组护理满意度、护理质量及情绪状态评分。结果观察组总满意率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。观察组护理质量各项评分分别为(86.41±6.89)分、(84.36±8.06)分、(81.84±8.61)分、(86.94±6.47)分,高于对照组的(73.48±6.94)分、(71.24±8.28)分、(70.94±8.64)分、(74.85±5.84)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.362、7.181、5.652、8.773,P<0.05)。干预前,两组情绪状态各项评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组精力、自尊感评分高于对照组,其他评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理模式应用在糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗中,可提高患者满意度和护理质量,改善患者情绪状态。
Objective To analyze the application effect of full-course nursing mode in the intensive treatment of dia-betic patients with insulin pump.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from October 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group prac-ticed routine nursing care,the observation group practiced full-course nursing care.The nursing satisfaction,quality of care and emotional state scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of the ob-servation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The scores of quality of care in the observation group were(86.41±6.89)points,(84.36±8.06)points,(81.84±8.61)points,(86.94±6.47)points respectively,which were higher than(73.48±6.94)points,(71.24±8.28)points,(70.94±8.64)points,(74.85±5.84)points of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(t=8.362,7.181,5.652,8.773,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of emotional status between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observa-tion group had higher energy and self-esteem scores than the control group,other scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full-course nursing model in the intensive treatment of insulin pump in diabetic patients can improve patient satisfaction and quality of care,improve the emotional state of patients.
