摘要
目的对来氟米特、激素在难治性肾病综合征中的应用效果进行评价。方法研究参与对象为我院收治的难治性肾病综合征患者76例。采用随机数字表法分成两组,对照组患者38例患者,予以环磷酰胺、波尼松治疗;实验组38例,予以来氟米特联合波尼松进行治疗。对两组患者的治疗情况进行观察,予以记录和比较。结果实验组的总有效率与对照组比较相对更高,差异显示P<0.05,有统计学意义;实验组的相关指标改善情况与对照组比较相对更理想,差异显示P<0.05,有统计学意义;实验组的不良反应率与对照组比较相对更低,差异显示P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对难治性肾病综合征患者实施来氟米特联合激素治疗,可使患者病情症状得到改善,安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of leflunomide and hormone in refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods 76 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome admitted in our hospital from were studied. Were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of patients with 38 patients, to be cyclophosphamide, Bonison treatment; experimental group of 38 cases, to be leflunomide combined with Bonison for treatment. The treatment of the two groups of patients were observed, recorded and compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group compared to the control group, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); related indicators in experimental group than the control group to improve the situation, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group compared to control group, according to the number of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome with leflunomide combined with hormone therapy can improve the patient's condition and improve the safety.
