摘要
目的探究多元化护理方式在缓解产后涨奶及预防乳腺炎发生中的应用效果。方法随机选取我院收治的80例患者随机均分为观察组和对照组两组患者各40例,对照组护理:(1)常规母乳喂养宣教;(2)指导产后有关知识。观察组护理在此基础上进行多元化护理方式。结果观察组产妇经过多元化护理措施后的奶涨程度及乳腺炎发生率均显著优于对照组患者,差异显著。结论将多元化护理方式应用于产妇的临床护理过程中能够加快产后乳汁分泌速度,手法按摩作为一种无创护理技术,通过按摩可以有效缓解乳房结节,帮助产妇尽快泌乳,降低产妇出现乳腺炎的发生率;将母乳喂养的有关内容向患者进行讲解,增加产妇对乳房保健等知识的认识,缓解奶涨现象,降低乳腺炎的发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing methods in relieving postpartum diarrhea and preventing mastitis. Methods Randomly selected 80 cases of patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two patients in each group of 40 cases, The control group nursing:(1) routine breastfeeding education;(2) Guide postpartum knowledge.The nursing care in the observation group was based on the diversified nursing methods. Results The milk swelling degree and mastitis incidence of the observation group after diversified nursing measures were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion The diversification of clinical care nursing applied to maternal postpartum milk secretion can accelerate the speed of massage as a noninvasive nursing technique, through massage can effectively relieve breast nodules, as soon as possible to help mothers maternal lactation, reduce the occurrence of mastitis rate of; the relevant contents of breastfeeding to patients to explain the increase maternal awareness of breast care knowledge, Relieve the milk up phenomenon, reduce the incidence of mastitis.
