摘要
目的分析超高场3.0T磁共振磁敏感加权成像在对肝内胆管细胞癌患者的诊断效果及其临床价值。方法随机收集我院收治的经病理确诊后的肝内胆管细胞癌患者,对所有患者均需实施超高场3.0T磁共振磁敏感加权成像检查,分析其临床诊断效果。结果所有肝内胆管细胞癌患者均被确诊,病灶显示满意。可发现13例病灶,其中1例为肝内2个病灶。另有11例患者T1WI病灶信号表现为低信号,1例患者病灶混杂信号,但主要为低信号。此例内部可发现少许高信号灶。T2WI信号显示,所有病灶均显示为欠均匀高或是稍高信号的改变。结论在对肝内胆管细胞癌患者实施临床诊断时,通过使用超高场3.0T磁共振磁敏感加权成像能够取得较好诊断效果,有较高临床使用价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect and clinical value of ultrahigh field 3.0T magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic bile duct cell carcinoma. Methods Machine to collect our hospital after pathologic diagnosis of intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma patients, ultra-high field for all patients should be 3.0T magnetic sensitive weighted magnetic resonance imaging, analysis its effect in clinical diagnosis. Results All patients with intrahepatic bile duct cell carcinoma were diagnosed and the lesion showed satisfactory. There were 13 cases of lesions, including 1 with 2 lesions in the liver.Another 11 patients with T1WI lesion signal showed low signal, and one patient had mixed signals, T2WI signal showed that all lesions were shown to be unevenly or slightly higher signal changes. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with intrahepatic bile duct cell carcinoma, it can obtain better diagnosis effect by using ultrahigh field 3.0T magnetic resonance magnetic-sensitive weighted imaging, which has high clinical value.
