摘要
实训基地是高职院校培育高技能人才的重要校内实践教学场所,论文基于高职院校实训基地管理现状的概述,对高职院校实训基地推行7S管理的可行性进行了分析,并深入探讨了推行7S管理的细则,阐述了推行7S管理的影响,有效改善了实训基地不良的管理现状,提高了实训教学成效。
Practical training base is an important campus practice teaching place for higher vocational colleges to train highly skilled personnel.Based on the overview of management status of training bases in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the feasibility of carrying out 7S management in practical training bases in higher vocational colleges, and discussed in depth the implementation of 7S management rules, described the impact of Implementing 7S management, which effectively improved the training base bad management status and training teaching effectiveness.
