摘要
为了进一步提高测量标志维护管理信息化,借助"智慧国土"平台建设建构了测量标志巡查和维护等信息化管理联动网络。基于常州市测量标志管理的基本状况,从开发平台、数据库、系统技术架构三方面研究了系统的总体设计,从系统的软件界面、用户管理、标志管理与查询、统计、结果输出等方面详细讨论了系统的功能设计,研制开发了常州市测量标志管理信息系统,实现了标志点的历年巡查信息对比、专项统计分析等亮点功能。该系统对类似工程有较好参考价值。
In order to improve the information management of surveying marks,based on"smart land"platform,management linkage network is constructed on surveying marks inspection and maintenance information.Starting from the overview of Changzhou surveying marks management,the overall design of the system and functional design is elaborated from development platform,database,and system technology architecture.The function design is discussed by software interface,user management,signs management and inquiry,statistics as well as results output.The Changzhou surveying marks management information system is researched and developed,some highlight functions are realized,such as the inspection information comparison over the years,special statistical analysis and others.It has a good reference value for similar projects.
