摘要
介绍了动态巡查技术和以地质灾害信息采集方法而建立的地质灾害巡查系统,该系统基于地理信息系统,具有地质灾害外业巡查、数据交换、系统配置管理和地质灾害管理的功能,能满足日常外业核查及地质灾害信息采集工作需要,加强了地质灾害信息的互联互通和信息共享,极大地提高了国土资源安全管理的工作效率,能够有效地避免或最大程度地减轻灾害造成的损失,维护人民生命财产安全和社会稳定。
In this paper, we introduced the dynamic inspection technique and the geological disaster inspection system based on the collection method of geological disaster information. Based on GIS, this system’s functions include geological disaster field inspection, data exchange, system configuration management and geological disaster management. This system can meet position requirements of daily field inspection and geological hazard information collection, strengthen the interconnection and information sharing of geological disaster information, greatly improve the efficiency of land and resource security management, effectively avoid or minimize the damage caused by the disaster, and safeguard the safety of People’s life and property and social stability.
