摘要
论述茶叶功能食品的优点及国内外开发的进展,重点阐述开发与加工过程中存在的标准缺失、感官品质不稳定、货架期短等问题及采取的解决措施,并展望茶叶功能食品的发展趋势,以期为更好地开发茶叶功能食品提供参考依据。
This article discussed the advantage and development progress of tea functional food. The problems in development process such as the lack of standard, the instability of sensory quality, the short shelf life and so on were expounded. It also illustrated the solving measures in the process and the prospect of the development trend of tea functional food. This could provide a better basis for the development of tea functional food.
