摘要
目的:对于脊柱骨折的患者,接受经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗之后给予有效护理,并探讨其临床护理效果.方法:2014年3月~2015年3月通过经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折的患者中选取100例作为研究对象,并将受试患者随机分为研究组和对照组2组.其中男性67例,女性33例,年龄在21~49岁之间,平均年龄为33.8岁.对照组的受试对象维持原有的一般护理措施,研究组则在对照组的基础上,从手术前到手术后,加强期间对受试患者的观察以及功能锻炼等更为细致和优化的护理措施.将2组结果进行比对,探讨其临床护理效果.结果:研究组在对照组原有的基本护理之上进行了更为精心的治疗与护理,术中出血量和手术时间有了明显的减少,且术后并未出现感染和相关并发症,各项评价评分和指标都优于对照组,结果具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加强对接受经皮椎弓根钉微创手术的脊柱骨折患者的观察与护理,可以有效减轻患者的痛苦,同时也提高患者的满意度,取得了十分显著的护理质量和治疗效果.
Objective:For patients with spinal fractures, accept the PiZhi screw nail give effective nursing after minimally invasive surgery, and to explore its effect in clinical nursing.Methods: in March 2014-march, 2015 by the PiZhi ps minimally invasive surgical treatment of patients with spinal fractures in 100 as the research object, and the patients were randomly divided into research group and control group in the two groups.33 patients with 67 cases male, the female, aged between 21 and 49 years old, the average age of 33.8 years.Control group subjects to maintain the original general nursing measures, the team was in the control group, on the basis of the hand before operation, strengthen the observation of the patients during and functional exercise etc.More detailed and optimize the nursing measures.To compare the 2 sets of results, to explore the clinical nursing effect.Results:research group in the control group the original basic nursing more careful treatment and nursing, intraoperative blood loss and operation time had obvious reduction, there was no infection and related complications, and postoperative evaluation score and each index was better than that of control group, the result had obvious statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion: to accept the PiZhi screw nail in minimally invasive surgery patients with spine fracture observation and nursing, could effectively relieve the suffering of the patients, but also improve the patients' satisfaction, the quality of care and treatment of significant results have been achieved.
