摘要
目的探讨经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折患者的效果。方法选取川北医学院附属医院收治的146例脊柱骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(传统开放内固定手术)与研究组(经皮椎弓根钉微创手术),比较两组患者各影像学参数指标、手术指标及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者治疗后的各影像学参数指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的手术时间无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组患者的术中出血量及住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(5.48% vs.16.44%,P<0.05)。结论经皮椎弓根钉微创手术可有效改善患者的腰椎形态,缩短患者的住院时间,降低其术后并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery of percutaneous pedicle screws on patients with spinal fractures.Methods Explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery of percutaneous pedicle screws on patients with spinal fractures.Results of two groups of patients with choledocholithiasis were analyzed.Results The imaging parameters of the study group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(5.48% vs.16.44%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of percutaneous pedicle screw minimally invasive surgery can effectively improve the lumbar shape of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It is worthy of promotion.
